Tai Chi Crane Flow (5 Week Series)

Step into stillness in motion. Tai Chi Crane Flow is a gentle, flowing series that weaves together Tai Chi and Qigong into a continuous, meditative sequence.

Each class guides you through mindful, fluid movement designed to ground the body, deepen the breath, and quiet the mind. Over five weeks, you'll cultivate balance, ease tension held throughout the body, and gently regulate your nervous system, leaving each session feeling restored and centered.

No experience necessary. Open to all ages and fitness levels
