YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Are you a high school student curious about what it’s like to work in a real professional environment? The Spark of Hudson Youth Apprenticeship Program offers paid, hands-on experience in welcoming community spaces–from a busy coworking hub to a lively café counter. Along the way, you’ll build practical skills, gain confidence working with a team, and explore interests in hospitality, media, and customer service.

Apprentices work alongside experienced staff, learning how a community-focused organization operates day to day. Whether you’re greeting guests at the front desk, helping create digital content, or learning the rhythm of café service, you’ll gain valuable experience while earning $16/hour.

Please note, applications for our next cohort will open summer 2026.
