Couples Workshop with Julia Shield

Having a kid changed you. It changed your partner too. And naturally, it changed the relationship between you.

This workshop is for couples with kids under 5 who want real tools for talking through the hard stuff: how to divide labor without a fight, how to ask for what you need (and give your partner what they want) without it turning into a hostage negotiation, how to talk about mental load and emotional labor in a way that feels productive. Over five sessions, you'll build communication skills that actually work for this season of life, and get space to process what the last few years have done to you both.

You'll leave more equipped to handle conflict and more connected to your partner.

Dates: October 7, 14, 21, 28 & November 4, 2026.
