Dante al Dente: A Poetry and Pasta Making Workshop

A poetry and pasta bacchanal featuring the consummate culinary creativity and charm of the founder of Seligo (a multi experiential brand about Sicily) Salvo Pluchino and the wondrous wordplay of poet Lou Craft.

Join us at The Spark, on a hot, muggy and sticky July night for refreshing Pelligrino and Sicilian Vino Bianco as we make hand-made pasta from scratch (and flour!). We will then indulge in an authentic Sicilian dinner, prepared by Salvo for your delectation featuring traditional ‘Cavatelli al Ciliegino e basilico’ (homemade cherry tomato sauce).

Throughout the evening, Lou will guide the convivial compagnos on a poetic pagini and we will write original poems about amore, Italian food and restaurants and each other. Who can possibly resist literary lasagna, layers of saucy observations and bountiful bon mots?

Feed your labonza and your soul on a sizzling summer night at the sumptuous Spark Ristorante.

Viva Dante al Dente!

$30/ticket - Space is limited!
